It's a time-honored rivalry that goes back generations: Dogs versus postal carriers.
And apparently, Dallas ranks as one of the worst cities in the country for dogs attacking them.
According to data from the USPS, more than 5,400 postal employees were attacked by dogs in the United States in 2021, 38 of which were in Dallas alone.
The city ranks as the sixth worst state for dogs attacking postal workers, behind only:
1 – Cleveland (58 attacks)
2- Houston (54 attacks)
3 – Kansas City (48)
4 – Los Angeles (44)
5 – Louisville (42)
