Cops encountered the bodies in an apartment at 2390 Creston Ave. around 4:50 p.m. Saturday as they responded to a call from the neighbor, police said.

The first responders found a firearm next to the deceased man and believe the two had died in a murder-suicide, police said.

Cops estimate that the bodies had been decaying for two weeks, police said.

The relationship between the man and woman was not immediately clear.
