Almost 80 percent of teens say they would exercise more if they had a place to go, and have their friends with them to keep them motivated.

According to a study commissioned by Planet Fitness, over half of the respondents agreed that working out made them feel healthier, happier, stronger, more energized, and less stressed.

They have started a program called the "High School Summer Pass". It will let teens from the age of 14 to 19 work out for free at any Planet Fitness, starting on May 16th all the way through the end of August.

Teens just have to sign up through the company's website.
