You're not alone if you feel yourself getting sleepy earlier after a busy day at the office.

A new study has found that we're staring at screens for at least 6 hours a day, and that's a reason why people get tired earlier in the day.  Some say they want to go to bed as early as 6 in the evening.

This new study from One Poll finds 73 percent of people say they can't imagine what a day would be without looking at some kind of screen at least once.  More than 60 percent say they're so focused on their computers at work, that they don't take many breaks... and they rarely talk to their co-workers much any more.

Those break times are even rarer for those who are working from home. The average "home worker" only takes a rest about 4 times in an 8 hour shift.
