There are so many things you have to keep track of in your home. This app can help you keep up with maintenance schedules for just about everything inside and outside the house. All you do is add all your appliances, A/C and cooling systems, info about your foundation, plumbing, electrical, everything.
The app gives you a timetable to make sure it all has a schedule for maintenance and upkeep. You can make your appointments with professionals as the reminders come in. It will let you know how much that maintenance will cost, so you can save up for it.
And if you want to do your DIY projects, the app can help to guide you with 'how-to's'. Upkept is a free app on iTunes and Android. It has a subscription model.
