
Maybe it’s because they got used to flying during the pandemic when there were fewer people and more seats. But the return to travelling, bad behavior by passengers, high ticket prices and flight cancellations have gotten under the skin of a lot of people.
According to J.D. Power's 2022 North American Airline Satisfaction Study, overall US airline passenger satisfaction is at 798 out of 1,000, down more than 20 points from last year's report.
Still, certain airlines have come out on top in the report. Economy passengers rated Texas-based Southwest Airlines highest, while JetBlue triumphed in premium economy and first/business class.
