Texas Ag Commissioner Sid Miller says two dairy farms in Kansas and one in Texas confirmed the presence of bird flu earlier this week.
Now, another dairy cattle operation in Texas subsequently confirmed the presence of the virus.
The Texas Department of Agriculture, the Texas Animal Health Commission and the United States Department of Agriculture are all monitoring the situation.

Ag Commissioner Miller says routine testing will make sure that only safe milk enters into the food supply.
