If you're already thinking about what to do this weekend Texas Parks and Wildlife has an answer for you.
On Sunday, admission to all of Texas's state parks will be free. November 5 is designated "Texas State Parks Day".
It's all part of TPWD's centennial celebration this year. Texas has more than 80 state parks, all with different lands, views, and activities so there is something for everyone.
Reservations online are recommended, and any other fees, like camping, will still apply on Sunday.
