The Houston Astros had trouble winning at home this season, causing Astros fans to try to figure out how to reverse the team's fortunes.
Following the loss to the Texas Rangers in the ALCS, fans started noticing whenever Senator Ted Cruz would come to games in the postseason, the Astros would lose.
Houston was 0-4 in games Cruz had attended going into game seven. It had some Astros fans begging Senator Cruz to stay home.
Cruz was at the game last night, and the Astros lost. So make it 0-5 in games attended by Cruz this postseason.
The good news for Rangers fans now is that Cruz said on social media last night that he was rooting for the Rangers and glad "we have a Texas team in the World Series."
