Reports say the big bird was caught on video relaxing on the Texas coast earlier this month. Texas Parks and Wildlife says he was spotted at Rhodes Point in Cox Bay.

Sometimes dubbed Pink Floyd, the bird was one of two flamingos that escaped from Sedgwick County Zoo in Wichita during a 2005 storm.

The other missing flamingo has not been seen since but Pink Floyd has shown up on the Texas coast a few times over the years. Sightings have also been reported in Louisiana, Arkansas and as far north as Wisconsin.

Wildlife experts are sure it's the same bird because he can be identified through a distinctive leg band with the number 492.
