Governor Abbott will be in North Texas today to make an announcement about semiconductors.
The governor will be joined in Richardson by Speaker Dade Phelan, State Representative Greg Bonnen, University of Texas at Dallas President Richard Benson, and others.
The announcement is expected at noon at UT Dallas' Natural Science and Engineering Research Lab.
