Jamie White, a reporter for the media outlet InfoWars, was found murdered Sunday night at an apartment complex in southeast Austin, police say.
Officers responded to a call at the complex, where they discovered White suffering from obvious signs of trauma. He was pronounced dead at the scene about 20 minutes later.
White’s sister reportedly says she believes he was shot by someone attempting to break into his car.
The Austin Police Department is actively investigating the incident and has not released any further details at this time.
