One man is dead and two others are in the hospital following Tuesday's rupture and collapse of two massive grain silos in the Bee County down of Tynan, about 40 miles inland from Corpus Christi.
Tuesday evening, first responders were called to the scene on the south side of Tynan. They quickly found two men injured and they were rushed to a hospital in Corpus.
But a third man was missing and presumed buried in the grain or trapped beneath the metal debris.
Shortly after 7 p.m. his body was recovered. The investigation will resume Wednesday in hopes of learning the cause of the tragedy.
