The car belonging to an East Texas woman missing for more than two years has been found and human remains have been discovered in the car.

Rosemary Rodriguez of Kilgore had been missing since October of 2019. The Gregg County Sheriff's Office says her car was discovered in a densely wooded area near liberty city.
A person walking across the property accidentally came across the car.
A forensic examination has begun as authorities attempt to positively identify the remains and look for evidence inside the vehicle.
Rodriguez' daughter Lita Walker said: "The car didn’t end up in the middle of the woods on it’s own ... Like that. Someone had to have put it there. And I want to know what happened."
