There's a change in a ruling about how a worker died at Bergstrom Airport in Austin.
Three months ago, Michael Ingraham died when he crashed his airport towing truck into a jet bridge on the tarmac. One of the investigators for American Airlines called it a possible suicide.
Now, the Austin American-Statesman reports the new findings say that the tug he was driving sped up and went out of Ingraham's control, because of a broken accelerator.
The official report from the Medical Examiner now calls it an accident, and the original conclusions got thrown out.
The report also says the same tug got into another collision ten days before the fatal accident, because of some bad brakes. And no one had repaired it, even though it had been listed as out of service several times.
OSHA is now taking over the investigation.
