The Texas home of late actress Shelley Duvall is on the market, along with some of her most iconic belongings.

The 10-acre property in Blanco, about 50 miles north of San Antonio, features a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a sunroom, an office and two additional buildings, according to Zillow.

Items from Duvall’s personal collection are also for sale. EstateSales.Net lists memorabilia from her Hollywood career, an extensive library of books, vintage clothing, decorative pieces and other personal belongings.

A Shelley Duvall Collection Auction is scheduled for Oct. 30 and will include premiere pieces from her estate, such as memorabilia from The ShiningPopeyeNashville and Faerie Tale Theater.

Duvall, who lived in Blanco with her partner, musician Dan Gilroy, died July 11 at age 75. Gilroy told CBS News she had been suffering in the last year of her life. The couple had no children.
