A Texas prison inmate escaped from a transport bus in Leon County this afternoon after stabbing a guard.
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is looking for Gonzalo Lopez. He was convicted of murder in 2006. The prison system says the guard should survive.
They're asking people in the town of Centerville to shelter in place during the manhunt.
