It's a good day for Texas Senator Ted Cruz after he enjoyed a victory at the Supreme Court.
The court's conservative majority sided with Cruz in a challenge to campaign finance laws.
The ruling allows political candidates, like Cruz, to ignore a $250,000 cap on the amount they can reimburse themselves for campaign expenses after an election.
The opinion calls it a restriction on free speech. The court's three liberals say the elimination of the cap enhances "the risk of dirty dealing."
