Dallas's own Southwest Airlines has made a bunch of headlines lately and not because of an airfare sale or something like that.

Southwest is making some changes, like getting rid of the "cattle call" way of picking your seat on a flight.

It's also now asking passengers about other things that make Southwest Airlines special, like "bags fly free". And there's the internal struggles in the business end of things.
