Were waking up to some patchy dense fog across north Texas. This should start the lift out by midmorning. There's also an area of light rain to the southeast of us, but that will continue to drift away. I can't rule out some areas of drizzle within the foggy ares through mid morning.
The rest of your day today will be cloudy and cool with temperatures struggling to get out of the low fifties.
Clouds will stick around tomorrow as well, with morning lows in the upper 40s, high temperatures in the mid fifties. No measurable rain expected.
More clouds on Sunday, but as we head towards the late afternoon and evening, widespread rain will break out to our south and drift north through the evening and overnight. This area of rain will intensify as it works its way into Oklahoma. As the cold front moves through early Monday morning, there could be a small line of storms accompanying it. Right now, most of the data I've analyzed is backing off on this happening now, but... it's still not out of the question. I will continue to monitor the potential for some strong and isolated severe storms late Sunday into early Monday morning, but again, I am not too concerned at this time.
