The skies have cleared overnight. This has allowed temperatures to fall into the low to mid 20s this morning. Windchills are in the teens! Bundle up!
Enjoy the chilly sunshine today, because clouds roll back in tonight and our next disturbance brings us a chance of some chilly rain during the day tomorrow. Best chances will be just South and East of DFW.
One thing I will watch out for tomorrow morning, are the temperatures. Some areas will dip slightly below freezing, and with precipitation moving in, it could fall in the form of light freezing rain NW of a Paris to Dallas to Cleburne line. This will coat bridges and overpasses through mid morning. Temperatures will safely be above freezing by the noon hour in these areas. Our chilly LIGHT rain continues through the day and temperatures will remain cold. Highs will only warm into the mid to upper 30. That's it! Unfortunately, DFW will probably see a 10th of an inch. Maybe a quarter of an inch of rain south and east of DFW.
Sunday looks nicer. After a light morning freeze, temperatures will rebound into the mid 50s! How does sunshine and mid 60s sound for Monday. Perhaps you'll like Tuesday through Thursday better, as we reach the lower 70s! Enjoy.
