Everyone's favorite, Blue Haired Loveable Loser from Springfield, was voiced from the beginning by Pamela Hayden. However, she will no longer voice Millhouse, after announcing her retirement from The Simpsons. She confirmed this morning on 106.7 KROQ's Klein.Ally.Show. that Millhouse will not be killed off, however, doesn't have a new voice as of yet.
She also was very open about her thoughts that The Simpsons wouldn't even make it 1 season originally.
