A new poll found that a majority of Los Angeles voters say L.A. needs fresh leadership.

The private poll obtained by KNX News surveyed more than 800 L.A. voters who say they’ll be casting a ballot in this June's primary. It found that nearly 60% of survey takers say Mayor Karen Bass’ administration has failed to effectively address homelessness in the city. It also found that Bass’ approval rating is at 36%

KNX News Craig Fiegener reported that it’s unclear who commissioned this poll, but it was done by a political research company that's known mostly for its work with Democrats.

The poll also revealed 40% of voters say they’ll definitely vote for someone else, while 11% say they plan on voting for Bass.
