
LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Singer Billie Eilish filed a request for a restraining order against the man accused of breaking into her parents' home in Los Angeles.
On Jan. 5, Los Angeles police arrested Christopher Anderson, 39, for attempted burglary. TMZ reported that the house sitter received a mobile alert that showed Anderson on camera and called the police.

The restraining order would protect that 21-year-old, her parents and as well as her brother, musician Finneas, from Anderson, according to the Los Angeles Times.
In a statement shared by the Times, the “Happier Than Ever singer said Anderson went to the house "unannounced and uninvited after apparently professing his love for me and expressing that he really wanted to meet me."
The same report also shared a statement from her father, Patrick O’Connell, who said Anderson went to the house multiple times prior to Jan.5. During one of those times, O’Connell said Anderson left a note "professed his love for my daughter Billie.”
Eilish said that following the break-in, she does not feel comfortable returning to her parents home and that the incident has caused her “substantial anxiety, fear, and emotional distress” over her and her family’s safety.
Anderson is currently being held in North County Correctional Facility in Castaic, according to Insider.
