A 7-year-old boy is in critical condition Friday after allegedly being stabbed repeatedly by his older brother in Whittier Friday.
Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department's responded at around 10 p.m. Thursday to the 9700 block of Ben Hur Avenue regarding a family dispute, LASD Deputy Daniel Dominguez told City News Service.
The 7-year-old was taken to a hospital in critical condition and his brother also suffered injuries before he was taken into custody by deputies.
