The Dodgers will be debuting a new look this weekend.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the Dodgers will not only be dressed in head-to-toe blue this Friday and Saturday, but they will also have “Los Dodgers” across their chests.
It’s the first time in the team’s history that the players are donning both blue jerseys and pants together, ESPN reported.
The team showed off the new uniforms on Twitter.
The new wardrobe commemorates the 40th anniversary of Fernandomania (which honors left-hander Fernando Valenzuela) and pays homage to the team’s connection with its Latino fanbase, according to MLB.
