Gwen Stefani, an award-winning artist and not a hollaback girl, was inducted into the Orange County Hall of Fame Friday.
KNX News’ Nataly Tavidian spoke to Stefani about being inducted into this brand new O.C. Hall of Fame, and she said she was nervous about accepting the honor.
“I am just absolutely honored to be inducted with these incredible recipients for the first-ever Orange County Hall of Fame,” she said.
Stefani was born in Fullerton, California, and attributes a great deal of her style and individuality to growing up in Anaheim, saying, “It's my culture and I've never left Anaheim behind. It’s always been with me.”
Stefani got her start in the band “No Doubt,” but was able to transform into a solo artist.
