Buena Park police have released photos of suspects believed to be involved in a July 9 drive-by shooting near the entrance of Knott's Berry Farm.
Two people were shot in the incident, including a teenage boy who was found with multiple bullet wounds at the scene, and a second person who police later learned had gone to an area hospital for treatment. Several other individuals were injured in the chaos that ensued.
The shooter was identified by witnesses as a Hispanic male in his late teens to early 20s, with a shaved head and tear-drop facial tattoo. The vehicle used by the shooter and was a two-door, black sedan, possibly a Honda Accord, outfitted with chrome rimes.
Police said the vehicle in question was involved in another shooting that occurred at the end of June. The shooter, possibly the same as the suspect in the July 9 incident, fired several rounds into a home at the 7700 block of Adams Way in Buena Park on June 28. There were reportedly several people inside the home at the time.
