The Rams revealed its season menu Wednesday during a media event at SoFi Stadium.
Chef Robert Biebrich showed KNX News’ Karen Adams some of the food highlights fans may be excited for.
“It is a showcase of what we do in the entire stadium, all the way from our L.A. Eats program, our concessions program, to our suites and to our clubs as well,” he said.
Classic stadium items will stay on the menu.
“We have our famous Citylink hot dog and our Evergood sausage. Same company, both proprietary to our stadium here,” Biebrich said. “One thing we do in the stadium different than everyone else is we deep fry our hot dogs and sausages.”
He explains how this process gives hot dogs and sausages a bit of a crunch to the outside casings.
There will also be some new items to look forward to.
“We're doing an al pastor torta this year. We're doing, obviously we're in L.A., an L.A. street dog. We're doing some shawarma bowls and some chicken fajita bowls all the way to esquites, mac and cheese, pizza,” Biebrich said.
The pizza served at the stadium is made in Italy and flown to Inglewood, he explained.

They didn’t forget about the sweets. This year, SoFi Stadium will have Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and large game day cookies that will be served warm.
The Rams are set to open their season against the Texans at SoFi Stadium on Sunday.
