A plastic surgeon with offices in Orange County and Beverly Hills pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to sexually assaulting two of his patients.

Dr. Frederic Corbin, 77, of Villa Park, entered a not-guilty plea at an arraignment in Fullerton court to single felony counts each of sexual battery involving an unconscious person and sexual exploitation by a physician, as well as two misdemeanor counts each of sexual battery and general battery.

According to his website, Corbin specializes in breast augmentation, liposuction, tummy tuck and rhinoplasty. In addition to his clinical practice, he serves as an instructor at Western University of Health Sciences.

He reportedly has been featured prominently in the media as well. His website lists appearances on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," as well as MSNBC, TLC, BBC, and the Lifetime networks.

O.C. prosecutors alleged in their complaint that Corbin molested one of his patients while he prepared her for a surgical procedure in Sept. 2021. He was also accused of molesting another patient in May of this year during a post-surgery examination.

"Patients entrust their very lives to the doctors who treat them," O.C. District Attorney Todd Spitzer said in a statement. "No one seeking medical treatment should have to worry about being sexually assaulted while under a doctor's care. These women were in very vulnerable situations and their doctor capitalized on those vulnerabilities for his own sexual gratification."

Corbin is scheduled to return to court on Sept. 14 for a pretrial hearing.
