For those who have been following Kiyomi for some time, you may recognize the location of her new video's opening scenes.
The 18-year-old once posted many of her Instagram videos from the front counter of the dry-cleaning shop she worked at for years. A few weeks ago, however, she took to her Instagram story to celebrate that she was working her final shift at the location -- for what seems to be a move to pursue music full time.
In a way, the video for "The Weekend" depicts that celebration.
