Pineapple Express
2 oz McQueen and the Violet Fog gin
1 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Aperol
¼ oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously without ice for about 20 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 20 seconds until thoroughly chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with fancy edible flower.
