The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. Last weekend, The San Diego and Desert Area Chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation held their 7th Annual Champions of Hope Gala, honoring individuals dedicated to serving the IBD community.
