Earlier this year, the Flying Leatherneck Museum at MCAS Miramar closed its doors, despite a passionate battle from those who love the museum to keep it open. Fortunately, there is a tentative plan for the museum to be moved to its original location at El Toro, now Great Park, in Irvine.
