Foster youth are placed in a system because of circumstances beyond their control, and when they age out of the system, they often leave it feeling unsure, unprepared and disconnected. Don Wells, Chief Empowerment Officer for Just in Time, discusses how this organization offers these young people mentorship and financial support.
