With all of the uncertainty many nonprofits are facing regarding federal funding and support, United Way of San Diego County (UWSD) is launching its first-ever “Live United. Give United.” campaign on March 1st, aiming to raise $50,000 to support its education and economic mobility programs that serve over 53,000 children and families annually.
This 31-day peer-to-peer fundraiser will help sustain UWSD initiatives like STEAM-to-Careers, United for Literacy, and SparkPoint, which provide critical resources to local students and families.
Nancy Sasaki, President and CEO of United Way San Diego, discusses the "Live United. Give United" campaign.
