Rhett shares that he actually wrote “Be There In A Minute” a “couple of years ago,” but it disappeared in his inbox until it came time to start working on his new album. “
“We were getting towards the end and I was listening to a bunch of old songs and ‘In A Minute’ kind of popped back up for me,” shares Rhett. “I played it in a label meeting and everyone was like, ‘wait what is that song?’”
“It kind of just came to life and it sort of raised its hand as our first single,” he adds.
“It's kind of that feeling of wanting to leave wherever you are so bad to get to the person that you love so much, either take them to dinner or go out dancing or go on the town or whatever it is,” Thomas tells Audacy. “Hope it makes you think about your loved one, and just the anticipation of getting to him as soon as you can.”
