Cotton is a hurricane baby! He was brought to us from a good Samaritan who found him in debris they were cleaning up after one of this years hurricanes. He's been living in a loving foster home since and has blossomed into a wonderful young man. He's sweet, playful, and loves affection. He will make a wonderful companion!
