Nora was transferred to VOCAL from the county shelter emaciated, and scarred. Even in the condition she was in, she was the sweetest girl, always in a good mood and happy to see people who treat her well. She has healed into a beautiful girl who is so full of life! She enjoys belly rubs and cuddling! She is great with other dogs and deserves a loving family who will spoil her.
