This is truly "Mr. Steal Your Heart"!!!
Bojangles is incredibly cute and is much smaller in size than you would think from his picture - a little low-rider dude. He is a sensitive dog who communicates a lot with his soulful eyes and expressive face. Bojangles' previous situation was not a good one so he can be timid with new people and wary of new situations. He would do well in a home with another dog and perhaps older children and he is also cat friendly. Once he figures out he is safe and can trust a person, he responds well to affection. He likes lying near to his foster mom by her feet and he gives sweet kisses. Bojangles has very good house manners and is making good grades in house training. During the day when his foster family is at work, Bojangles and the other dog have freedom of the house. There are occasions when the other dog is gone and then Bojangles is crated. He is also crated at night and will lie right down and go to sleep. He can be an eager little powerhouse on walks but is much easier to handle on leash after being allowed to run in a securely fenced area. He and the other dog in his foster home often do their "zoomies" together. Bojangles knows sit, down and in your crate, and he takes treats gently. He's made amazing progress in his foster home and is ready to find his forever home. If you would like to find out about Bojangles, please submit an application to learn more [CLICK HERE].
