Couple pleads guilty in death of young son

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - A Las Vegas couple has entered guilty pleas in a car wreck that killed the couple’s young son.

Lauren Prescia and Cameron Hubbard-Jones were racing home for a custody exchange when Presica lost control of her car and wrecked near Rampart and Lake Mead back in July.

Prescia pled to driving under the influence resulting in death and child abuse, neglect or endangerment and faces between three and 26 years in prison. Hubbard-Jones, pleaded guilty to felony reckless driving, which carries a possible sentence of one to six years in prison.

Sentencing won’t be until November
