LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Home confinement is where the suspect in last week's shooting at the Fashion Show will be after posting bail on Monday morning.
Bail had been set at $100,000 for Christopher Valenzuela-Olivas for his role in the shooting that occurred last Tuesday.
Investigators say that Valenzuela-Olivas was at the mall with a friend when he got into an argument with another teen. They say he then pulled out a gun and fired shots.
The person Valenzuela-Olivas had the beef with was wounded, as were two other innocent bystanders. All of those wounded were treated and quickly released from area hospitals.
After posting bail, a judge senetenced Valenzuela-Olivas to home confinement with his parents.
