LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - An early morning blaze ripped through an east-side tax office Tuesday morning.

Las Vegas Fire and Rescue responded to the Toro Taxes builiding on Maryland Parkway just north of Sahara around 4:30 Tuesday morning and found flames shooting through the roof of the one-story building.

Firefighters had the fire out in about an hour. Maryland Parkway was closed in the area to allow for firefighters to battle the blaze.

The business was closed at the time. No firefighters were hurt. A damage estimate wasn't given, nor is the cause known just yet
