The statement from the Vegas Golden Knights denounced racism and say they will stand by those who peacefully seek meaningful change.
Raiders' team owner Mark Davis issued a personal plea via the franchise's official twitter feed. He called for solutions, pleading "not only as Americans, but as human beings".
