Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - A new resort could be coming to Henderson.
The Henderson City Council on Tuesday unamimously approved the city's intent to sell land to Marnell Gaming Management LLC. The potential sale to Marnell involves land that is around nine acres just north of the M resort at Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway.
The M Resort was orginally owned by the Marnell family. The resort was purchased by Penn National Gaming two years after it opened.
Marnell Gaming says the resort would create at least 100 full-time jobs, but more specific details of what the property would entail haven't been released.
