Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - A man arrested for punching a senior n the face as he was getting off a CAT bus has been sentenced to 5-years probation.
Nathaniel Graves had pleaded guilty to battery resulting in substantial bodily harm of a victim 60 years of age or older for the incident last December.
The man Graves hit lost his eye because of the punch.
Graves was originally sentenced to 3 years in prison but was given credit for time served.
