One dead after tour bus crashes on trip to Grand Canyon West

A Las Vegas-based tour bus headed to Grand Canyon West crashed and rolled on it's side Friday afternoon, killing one person and injuring dozens more.

The Mohave County Sheriff's Office says the crash took place just after 12:30p Friday near milepost 5 on Diamond Bar Road.

The bus had 48 people on board, including the driver.  One person was dead at the scene with two others critically injured.  40 people were taken to Kingman, Arizona, medical facilities for treatment for injuries.

The Mohave County Sherrif's Office says they plan to release more information regarding the crash on Mondat afternoon
