Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Henderson police are investigating what led to a fatal auto-pedestrian accident near the new Las Vegas Raiders' practice facility in Henderson.
Investigators say it happened around 5:30am Friday on St. Rose Parkway at Raiders Way. They say a driver was heading eastbound on St. Rose when the pedestrian was struck.
Police say the driver stayed on the scene and cooperated with investigators. Impairment is not believed to be a factor.
The name of the victim has not yet been released. Roads in the area opened back up around 10am.
