Police Looking For Person Who Left Dogs In Dumpster

LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - Metro Police are looking for the person or persons responsible for leaving two dogs to die in a west-side dumpster.

The incident happened back on January 4th.

Two chihuahuas were found in a dumpster near Durango and Desert Inn after a man heard the dogs crying. Investigators say the small dogs were put in a sealed bag and left to suffocate in the dumpster.

Surveillance video from a nearby business showed the driver of a vehicle discarding what is believed to be the two dogs. The vehicle is a silver Toyota Camry, possibly a 2015 model year. The vehicle has two dents. One dent is on the passenger front fender and the other on the rear passenger fender.
