LAS VEGAS, NV (KXNT) - The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag/Fire Weather Warning for Southern Nevada for Wednesday due to consistently gusty winds expected.
Crews fighting the Cottonwood Fire near Goodsprings might be impacted the most. That fire has burned close to 3,000 acres and is currnetly 5 percent contained. The fire was believed to have been started by lightning on Monday morning. So far, no structures have been damaged.
